  4. Marinated ginger<\/li>\n
  5. 30 g of wakame salad<\/li>\n
  6. Tuna steak 80 – 100 g<\/li>\n
  7. Sauce: Olive oil + lemon juice + salt, pepper + balsamic cream<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
